Dates between August 19th and 25th can be reserved at the same agreed-upon rate with the SBTE, however, the reservation will be subject to availability.

Enter the event period and insert the code SBTE2024 to access event rates and make payment for the reservation in advance.

Daily Rate

Single Room: R$ 1,009.45 + 2% ISS

Double Room: R$ 1,402.35 + 2% ISS

Triple Room: R$ 1,783.85 + 2% ISS

Elite Suite Single: R$ 1,871.10 + 2% ISS

Elite Suite Double: R$ 2,583.20 + 2% ISS

Elite Suite Triple: R$ 3,274.40 + 2% ISS

Included in the daily rate:

Daily rate includes Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch (starting with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with lunch on the day of departure), and one non-alcoholic drink from the machine: water, juice, and soda, included during meals in the hotel’s main restaurant.
Children Policy:

Up to 2 children from 0 to 6 years old: Free

The Single room is only entitled to 1 child aged 0 to 6 years old free of charge, and in the Double room, 2 children up to 6 years old are free of charge

Children from 7 to 12 years old: R$ 162.00 + 2% ISS per day (this amount will be charged in addition to the informed rate for SGL and DBL rooms and agreed TPL, i.e., always add this extra amount for those with children in the room)

From 13 years old onwards, considered as an adult (in this case, book a Triple room if it is a couple + child aged 13 and over)

Indoor Aquapark Ticket Price: R$ 84.00 + 2% ISS per person per day. (children under 06 years old are complimentary for the water park)

Payment Method:

PIX, Bank Transfer, and Credit Card payment in full: payment must be made 100% in advance within 24 hours after making the reservation in the system.
Or:
Payment via credit card in installments of up to 3x without interest.
Note: Different rates for children and the Aquapark must be paid separately, not included in the rates agreed upon between the hotel and SBTE.

NOTE: The negotiated rates and conditions for the ANNUAL SBTE Meeting are different from the hotel’s routine rates negotiated via the website or other means. Therefore, it is essential to consider any additional costs for family members or children that must be paid separately during the reservation request.
